[TMC] Are 'for sale' postings ok on TMC list..?

I thought that just the other day the list moderator posted a note on that
general subject. But in any case from reading the list for a long time, the
answer is "yes", it's OK. For that matter, given the general availability (or
lack thereof) of most TMC gear, if you had a bunch of it you wanted to sell I
doubt anyone would complain if you made a frequent habit of it. :-)
On which subject (poor availability of some TMC gear) if by any chance you
have a GPT-750B (the AM model) to sell, a friend of mine here is looking for
one.
The one thing that's generally frowned upon on all of the lists that I know
of is putting something up on any of the auction sites without first offering
it on the appropriate list(s). And then posting notice of the auction on the
lists. Some think that's rude. Me, I'd use stronger language. :-)
