[TMC] Type HN connector

I'd like to find a type HN connector/adapter that either goes to a UHF
style (83-isp or PL-259 or the "N" series.  Or a piece of cable that has
an HN on one end and another type like the N or PL-259 style on the
other.  Needs to be about 4-5 feet long.
