[TMC] New piece of gear

A friend of mine has purchased a couple of pieces of TMC stuff that i've
never seen or heard of before.  One is an 0-714/UR, Oscillator, RF.  The
other is a CBE-1.  Both pieces look identical.  No paperwork so don't
know anymore about them.  Anyone familiar with this stuff?  It kinda
looks like they are SSB modulators.  Maybe 600 ohm line inputs and also
a 250 Kc BNC jack.  I think that's for a "pilot" carrier but it's a
guess.

Any light on these would be appreciated.
