I need to adjust the overload current circuit on my -500 amp/power
supply. The manual i have has not information as to how to do this.
Nor does my manual have the table 3-5. this manual goes from page 3-6
to an Addenda for the Transmitter plates switch and the SSB/Cw switch
and then to page 4-1. Is there really a table 3-5 or is this printing
an error.

When i use PTT functionality the HV overload trips and i have to reset
it. Then it comes on as it should. Until the next transmission and
then i have to go thru the process again. I've cut the Ip clear down to
260 ma and it persists. It may have been adjusted for the 4CX250 tubes
that were in it whereas i'm using the 4CX350 tubes as prescribed.
Loading is kept below 290 ma. Eimac says i can run more but thats at
2500V which they say is typical operation whereas i only have 2100V max
available. It doesn't appear that i'm exceeding any limits, just that
the overload kicks out and i'd like to find the correct procedure for
setting it.

Other than that i'm getting absoultely excellent audio and signal
reports.

Thanks in advance.
