[TMC] AN/FRR-49 aka FFR-502 variant

Roy, et al,

Does anyone know what 7199 and 5842 cross to (like 6AK5W/5654 or 6BA6W/5749, 
etc.)?  I don't think that I ever heard of them.  Field Change 4-AN/FRR-49(V) 
and Field Change 3-AN/FRR-502 made some tube type changes but they were 6AK5 
and 6AG5 to 6BA6.  Reported in T-5 to NAVSHIPS 92786A dated 17 July 1964.  
Those are the only tube type changes that anything that I have shows.
