[TMC] GPR90

Hi, everyone.  I'm not a ham, but I have a TMC GPR90 rcvr.  I'm trying to
decide what to do with it - sell it or restore it.  It is in excellent and
complete physical condition but has not been powered in at least 20 years.
I also have the original instruction manual and technical manual.  I would
appreciate hearing from anyone with advice or suggestions about restoring
this unit.  I am a retired electrical engineer of an age such that I have
worked with plenty of tube type equipment in my younger days, including
building from scratch.  More recently, I designed and built computer
equipment.
