[TMC] GPR-90RXD calibrator crystal.

Hello, list. 

My GPR-90RXD is missing the calibrator crystal.  I have some of the wire-lead tall-HC6/U-type 100 KHz crystals to jerry-rig a functional replacement, but I would prefer to find the genuine article.  It appears to be some sort of CR-1A-type holder, but I'm not sure about that.  Can someone please send me a description of this crystal and its holder?  Please bear in mind that I've never seen one of these, so all details (including pictures) are welcome.

Now if someone actually had a crystal to sell... naah, that's asking for too much, right?
