The "Military Nomenclatures" section describes the FRT-40 as GPT-40KE- 
series.  These are rated at 40,000 watts PEP, 20,000 watts  average power 
output.  They require three phase power at about 70 kilowatts.  These are a 
bit big for most ham installations.  I know of one fellow who has a GPT-10K 
and used the driver section alone in amateur service.
