Most of my ports seem to work but I have not run it in some time.

I suspect a dose of NEW heat sink compound is in order at EACH transistor 
that uses it.  Larger heat sinks may also be good. And a fan. And maybe 
lower Vcc voltage.

We need to find good replacement transistors cheap.
