[TMC] It may be GPT-10K manual that's needed.

There were three models of the cross needle meters (I think) The
SWR-1K (IM-166), SWR-10K, and the SWR-3000.
I have the military manual for the SWR-1K or the IM-166. I sent a
copy the the list owner long ago for posting.
