That twin needle matchmeter is a separate accessory model.
It was listed in the TMC standard catalog either with or without the 
matching external antenna tuner.
I don't think you will find it in a transmitter's manual.
It has it's own separate manual.
I suppose that in some cases, the SWR meter's manual might be bound 
together with the transmitter's manual if they were both ordered at the 
same time.

I may still have a copy of the short form catalog.
If so, I'll look up the SWR meter's model number.
