[TMC] Parts request for info.

I am looking for some solid state devices for my variety of 38+ year old STE 
exciters.

If you have one of these exciters i have found some of the transistors along 
with the specs on a web page.  However they did not have most of what i was 
looking for.  

Heres a list of what i would like to either find or locate subs for.  I don't 
have (used to years ago) a big thick Motorola manual that i think would have 
provided the Xreference info i need.

2N350A - Maybe a 2n3616?  Germanium used as a series pass config.

Any one with a means of cross referencing these to something thats more 
available?
