"Hello Denis,

I just ran across your site dedicated to the venerable old TMC
Corporation.
I was a project engineer and later a sales engineer for them in the
1960's,
and it brought back a great many memories. Especially the photo of Ray
DiPasquale, the president.

We made a great deal of fine equipment there, and were it not for Ray's
being
uncomfortable with the concept of solid-state equipment, the company
would
probably still be active.

My sales area was the CIA, and I think they were the largest consumers
of the
GPT-750 transmitter, which were found all over the world. I tried my
damndest to sell them the GPR-92 receiver, and delivered a couple of
prototypes to them for evaluation, which we never got back, but it just
didn't have the appeal of theCollins 51-J series of receivers.

In any event, your site brought back many fond memories of what was a
fine
little company. Thanks for offering it on the web.

Enjoy,
Denis
