[TMC] MS power receptacle

Thanks to the many who are on the list or hear of my problems in other
ways, i've found a power plug for my TMC unit.  Lots of suggestions on
where to search but one fellow said he had one already made up.  Ahhhh
life is wonderful.

Now to find the illuminated fuse caps that go on top of the front panel
fuse holders.  These are the type that have a 220K resistor and small
neon lamp in them.  Glow when power is turned on.  The appear to be
larger in diameter at least than a normal fuse holder cap.  Only part
number i have is a TMC FH-104-3.  Requires 2 of them.
