I'll make this short.  QSL.NET is running out of funds for operation 
(bandwidth isn't free).  Al says that we might make it another 2 months at 
best.  If you have not contributed to help offset the cost of operation of 
this (and the almost 600 other lists hosted here) recently, please consider 
doing so today.
