Hi all,
Good to hear that I am not alone here. Have not posted anything in a long
time
and had not heard much for awhile.
Had put away the TNCs for the move to NC and just dug them out as will need
them
I think for Pactor on HF for MARS. Will also reconnect for RTTY as always
liked
the way they received sigs. Can use in conjunction with the MMTTY am
using now.
Any ideas on newer software other than the Packratt II DOS that I have been
using?
Have seen a few websites like these for ideas:
http://www.cssincorp.com/pkterm/ (replacement for Packratt II ?)
http://home.wanadoo.nl/nl9222/digisoft.htm (number of different programs)
http://winlink.org/winlink-classic/ (probably ver 2.9 is best if going
to use Pactor)
http://www.wunclub.com/sounds/index.html (sounds for ident of modes)
http://www.rac.ca/opsinfo/infodig.htm (very good info site)
http://geocities.com/w6fcc/ (PKGold software)
Any suggestions/comments would be appreciated.
Have passed along this reflector address to a few who have the PK232 units
and hope they can
get help like I have from ya'all. (Still new to NC.... :>)) )
