[TimeWave-AEA] PK-12 Help Please!

Can anyone help me with a problem with PK-12s ????  I have 2 of them and =
both with the same problem.  On power up all I get is the 4 lights =
continuosly lit on the front panel.  Is there anyway to reset them ???? =
or is it a more serious problem.
