Hi Chuck, Can not help you PC-packratt program.
If you are still looking for a "good all around multi-mode program"
Paket 6.2 has been up-dated, And I have been using it here.

You can use the alt number keys to up-load commands.
Also of course the PKTerm program that I use for my PK-232
