I use PK Term, from CSS - you can check out the Timewave website and they
have  a link.

I use a cable that connects the 232 to my serial port.  It came with the
232.

There is a din type connector on the back, but you don't need it if you use
the cable referred to above.  The mini stereo plug goes from your audio out
on your rig, to the soundcard input on your computer.  If you can, you might
try to access the round din type plug on your rig - then you get a constant
audio out regardless of the volume (gain) control.  hope this helps.  Tom
