I vote to keep theforge.list I only post occasionally but am not inactive.
The last time ABANA had a forum it seemed like I had to wade through the
site to get to it and the traffic was as sparse as here. 

Theforge is in fact one of the main ways I keep in touch with lots of old
friends. Seems with the advent of facebook on the scene fewer and fewer folk
maintain a presence on lists or fora. FB allows advertising and doesn't
archive diddly. I much prefer .lists and sometimes fora.

Since losing artmetal.com, theforge is my only list. I wish I had an answer
traffic, it might be a good subject of discussion.

Hi girls and boys.
What do we all think about "TheForge"?
We have been months without any traffic at all.
Turns out that ABANA has NOT been supporting "TheForge"
at all. They were supposed to be donating $100 a year to
 http://www.qsl.net but the call I got today said that they had
not sending a check and they didn't even know anything about "TheForge".
I am about to give up my place as "list mom" and need someone to take over.
I nominate BRUCE.
Oh, back to the main thought.
Do y'all want to keep the email list "TheForge" or give it up.
By the way she said ABANA will start paying if y'all decide to stay.
P.S.how would one subscribe to TheForge?
