[TheForge] Induction heating stainless steel

No experience myself, but I recently re-published a 2-part article by Sam
Perikas on induction heating that does mention these units.  However, it
mentions that non-magnetic materials, like the SS 300-series, are less
efficiently heated.  (Frequency might matter and the Chinese units may not
accommodate. -- But I'm beyond my depth now.)
