Hi All, Merry Christmas and may the New Year bring you Health and Prosperity

Cry o practors sell Arnica in various strengths that I have found to useful, or the old horse linament works.

I used these for about ten years in the states. You don’t want to hide all your pain, you will only end up hurting yourself more. Tempering it is the way to go. I lost my lower right arm muscle (my strong arm) 3 years ago and it triggered a worsening nerve problem. I use a Greek version of Arnica here, I live overseas in Albania. (Long, long story). It helps my hands, arms, shoulders etc. It is a pain to rub in so many areas, but… I have had to make major adjustments, but am still able to my small blacksmith work, flowers, crucifixes, etc. and my woodworking and kayak (only on fair days now, my arm gets tired cutting through the waves and I am by myself most days.) Adapting is the key. I try to use more of my entire arm for everything now and while I have on occasion used my left arm I force myself to use it more often, in all respects

Good Luck with your demo! Bravo for keeping it going at 81!
