One thing that is not being considered is that the "trailer" is probably
packed to the gills with conference related stuff.
Hand tools, forges, anvils, display materials, p.a. systems and all sorts
of stuff. I know because I was in charge of loading
(and inventorying) a trailer at one of the conferences. The trailer was
packed full right to the back door (and inventoried)
and the inventory list presented to the conference chairman. It's hard to
imagine that no one made a list of what was
packed into the trailer. My point being that it may be impossible for one
person to move the heavy and awkward  stuff
to search for the prize. It may be in a box or several boxes on the floor
in the very front of the container buried under
a ton of stuff. Might have to unload the whole trailer to find it.
Hopefully it is in the back on top of everything else...
