How about taking a different tack to find the project?  The original find is at a museum somewhere in Europe.  They might know where the USA copy it located. I remember seeing the project at an Alabama Forge Council Tannehill conference a number of back but can't remember the year.
I also remember seeing another reproduction of some items at a museum in England in 2017 In Portsmouth England, but it was not the full toolbox as in the USA reproduction.

My wife and I visit so many museums when we travel that I can't remember what we saw where.  We have always loved museums and have now past the love on to grandkids.

It was displayed in south Jersey in 2004.

It seems to me it was on display at the Dover conference in 2014.
I simply cannot recall for sure whether it was on display at the 2018
conference in VA.  Does anyone recall?  I find nothing online one way or
the other.
