Cool. I wonder how it stands up to deformation & impact.

I've been concentrating on the vegetable gardens and the woodpile.
Haven't fired up the forge or even a welder for quite a while. After
a very dry summer last year and a poor harvest across the board, we're
really happy that everything is getting enough rain -- so far anyhow.
Last year, despite 4 separate planting of spinach, rabbits, porcupines
and drouth meant we only got enough spinach the whole season for 2
servings of spinach omelet. Lots of spinach this year, 2/3 of the ca.
80 tomato plants are looking very promising. Only one apple tree
bloomed well so it's not looking good for cider in the fall unless I
can get some from a neighbor.

Maritime Blacksmith events have been canceled indefinitely. The last
meet on March 8 we had a Swiss smith demo. He was on his way from
California to Switzerland but apparently didn't bring anything nasty
to Nova Scotia as no one got sick after the meet.
We're getting off pretty easy in our very rural/small town region but
most people are (I'm very pleased to say) good-naturedly observing
distance and minimal-contact protocols anyway.
