Part keeping a pun thread entertaining is not writing long pun filled
sentences. It's easy to set yourself up and sort of depletes them for other
folk. I'm not running anything here . . . well maybe my keystrokes, so I
can't or won't try to make rules for the game.

What I've always played I learned from Mother and is pretty simple. There is
a general subject the puns revolve around, a pun should be a word or
definition play on the previous pun. 

Like I say I don't make rules but that's the game I play with variations but
that's about it. A pun thread can of course get sidetracked though should
sort of stick to the subject. This one's drifting from underwear to the leg
butt interchange.
