[TheForge] Physicists Have Identified a Metal That Conducts Electricity But Not Heat

There are several different liquid metals that supposedly can be formed and
then made solid and are electrically conductive.

There was an article I had read on it about 10 years ago and they were in
process of patenting the technology at that point.

There was a write up in SME and a few other journals at the time.
