[TheForge] Philadelphia blacksmiths

I can't help with Philly, but PABA might could.  I'm pretty sure they have
active members in Philly.

I happened to check that ABANA.org webpage "Find a Blacksmith" link for NJ
and was very amused  to see that a number of NJ master blacksmiths are *not*
listed, whereas one newbie (a quite talented one, BTW, but with only about
a year's experience) *is *listed!  So, maybe that won't be much of a help.
