[TheForge] Scrolling Tongs from Tinsnips?

Yes, the thread did rouse the gang a bit.
It did remind me of why guys don't ask directions -- or instructions. I
asked two or three times without getting any closer to finding that article
or the instruction I believe it contained, which is all that I was
seeking. But maybe the article doesn't exist. My memory is hardly perfect.
Fortunately, the discussion did lead to a solution, and now I have three
serviceable scrolling tongs. Pure grinding worked somewhat better than
forging. I may try the combination I noted earlier at our open forge meet
tonight.
