[TheForge] Aluminum vs. Aluminium

Good question Dave when was the last time you "drove" anything let alone a
car? It's not like they're cattle after all. Just another charming aspect of
using a living language that's an enthusiastically acquisitive word
incorporation and customization thing like English.

I want an app for my Iphone that has a dial instead of the keypad, it
already rings. My stepson is a programmer but he's just been too busy to
write up ANY of my ideas. <sigh>

Remember party lines? (TELEPHONE LINES) <Sheesh>

Why don't we just call it tin foil. That is something that drove those
working in the aluminium / aluminum foil business just crazy. (There was a
time when there was tin foil). When was the last time you dialed a phone?
Aluminium is the correct international spelling - but my pension comes from
a company that calls it aluminum so that is what makes me happy and pays the
bills.
