[TheForge] Iron Bridge

Mike I would have like to seen that. In 1980 when we were working and living in Wales you could still walk among the stones at Stone Hedge but we never make it to Iron Bridge. I had little time off because the "plant" was losing $ 4.000.000 per month and we were working close to 12 hours per day 7 days a week. Still I wouldn't trade working in the UK for very many things.

My only visit was in 1980 and the whole bridge was surrounded by scaffolding draped with tarps. So no nifty touristy photos. But the scaffolding allowed me to climb up into the ironwork and take some close-ups of the joints. I could buy touristy pics on postcards.
