Something is not right here. I could get it here, very much in
Canada, although loading all the images and animated cartoon crap was
tedious on dialup.
Try omitting everything after the '#':

Anything after a '#' character in a URL is supposed to reference a
position in the "page" -- a "named anchor" -- anyhow and is not
supposed to be needed to get the page referenced by the URL.
On the same subject, my son dug up a couple of rusty axe heads in out
back yard both hand made from wrought iron with a steeled edge. One
is typical 19th c. style and severly abused by hammering with the
poll. The other is late 18th c. style, well before Europeran
settlement in our neighborhood. But back then, an axe could be
valuable enough to have been part of an inheritance. Interesting
thing about the older axe: The poll was formed in the usual way when
it was forged but then another 3/4" thick piece of wrought iron with
the grain running parallel to the helve was welded onto the poll to
reinforce it. Every indication, though, that the owner(s) treated it
well and didn't mangle the poll.
