Hi Rob, that isn't a new product.. Or I should say there was a product like
this back in the 90's..  I never had much luck with it and gave up after a
few months..

There was a product called Silencio out for a few  years back in the 90's
used by the shooting crowd.. This had a soft jell like filling with a very
small tube running through it.. These worked pretty good and would mold to
your ears.. Had a little tab on it so you could pull them out.. I might
still have mine in my shooting equipment..

I am currently using some pretty nice ones but the name escapes me at the
moment.. 27 or 29 NRR..

I have a brand new package in the demo trailer.. I'll look tomorrow as I am
doing demos at the Orange Engine show, in Orange, MA..
