[TheForge] Gas tank repair

I had the same problem with an old Oliver tractor. I used a similar small 
tank and it worked great.

So in the spirit of I am just too cheep to buy a replacement tank because
they want too much money and I can just fix it.  Here is a small
replacement tank that is cheep.
