[TheForge] Knife sharpening

The antique grass sickles I have are almost sheet metal thick except for
a folded up edge along the back. I'm sure these were all hammer sharpened.

Has anyone seen a plowshare sharpened on a little giant power hammer?
I understand there was some sort of tooling used for this but I have
never seen anything on it. I know the smith in our historic blacksmith
shop in Kidron, OH used his little giant for this purpose but I haven't
seen any tooling he may have used.
