Thanks all for the warm welcome everybody..

Frosty thanks for the plug.. I'll try to figure out a better way to add
pictures.. I do use the Google pictures but still uncertain as to the
preferred method for those on dial up.. I suppose a link is best.. (
Yes????)

Frosty, look at her earlier post; she has some impressive photos.. She used
to be a farrier also. Ron"

Howdy Ron, :) Still a farrier.. It's actually what has allowed for me to
come back to blacksmithing.. Farrier Work has been good and while I'll
always be a little concerned about money.. Not having to grind out a
living strictly by forging has freed me up.. Now I can pick and choose
jobs and instead of trying to figure out how to make a job meet someones
budget because I need a paycheck... Now I just tell them go home and save
more pennies..

Some very impressive work there, for sure!! I hope to get back to the
anvil, at some point in my life. Recently divorced and living in a box
(apt.), at the moment. I did save all my hammers, 2X72, tongs, drill press,
and various tooling (drill bits, specialty tools, etc.), as well as all of
my $$$ handle materials, titanium....Glad to hear that you are getting back
into hammer shape. I'll check out your videos later.

Thanks
Mark

Thanks Mark.... Got a ways to go to get back to forging speed, but it's
also 10 years later.. Uh.. It's been fun just the same..

You sound like you had a nice setup so it's one of the things that's great
about smithing.. You have the equipment and the know how so as long as
there is more time in a day it will work out.. Besides that.. Now there are
so many ABANA affiliates or other groups you might get lucky enough to find
one not to far away..

"The New England Blacksmiths" spring meet is coming up June 2, 3, 4th at
the Fryberg Fair grounds in ME..

If you end up watching the videos please leave a thumbs up or down.. As
well as any feedback would be greatly appreciated.. I keep trying to make
videos I'd want to watch but every once in awhile i get distracted with
what everyone else is doing..

How do I change Digest mode back to single mode?

Thanks all.. Jennifer..
