Be sure to coat both sides with a rust preventive primer and paint

Gas welding generally results in a softer more pliable sheet.  I gas weld autobody panels that I am going to have to do hammer and dolly work on for this reason. Charles

hello

I have an old generator with a propane fueled engine.
The blower housing sheet metal has torn. the generator now makes all kinds of noise with the blower housing rattling constantly.

There are no repair parts available for the engine given its age.
Only 20 years old but they claim that that is too old.
