Yes, I'd like to know more about the process. They mention putting cobolt in
the mix. Would this make it dangerous because of any vapors released when
forging, sorta like beryllium?

I'd be interested to hear a little about how they're alloying "by a
different method" to make strong and malleable. How desirable that is must
depend on the "strong" you need per application. For instance a malleable
die, or cutter wouldn't be such a hot thing.
