[TheForge] wire tree cutter

Bill,
This thread got divided.  I commented on "why" in the other.
The idea here is to cut down a widowmaker (a limb or tree with potential to
kill the woodcutter) from a safe distance.  Imagine standing across the
yard -- 40 or more feet away -- while operating a device which does little
but pull a wire (the cutter) around the tree.  It should be pretty easy to
make that safe.  Now we just need to get the wire to  cut wood.  See other
thread for my comments on that.
