[TheForge] theforge host, mailman.qth.net is braindead

hello dave;

did you receive the rejected posting that I forwarded to you?

today, it has not happened yet.
yesterday, I was not receiving any posting to theforge.
after i forwarded several of the  rejected postings to the admin of
qth.net, suddenly all theforge posting arrived.

below is just one of many i received yesterday.
below claims that my mail server has no DNS records.
it goes on to claim that theforge at mailman.qth.net is an unknown user.
that is all nonsense.
