[TheForge] Tongs sack with shoulder strap

One of those cheap folding chairs broke recently and even I had to conclude
it wasn't worth repairing -- if only because I had three more.

So there was the carry-sack it came in, sitting in the corner because I
hadn't got around to tossing it, when suddenly it occurred to me that it
was 3' long and over 6" in dia., and I needed a bag to carry long tongs
(too long for my toolboxes) to demos.

NEVER throw anything out!
