Dave,

This looks like a standard wired edge.  If so, I have info how to do it and
I've done it -- not hard.   A Pexto machine would make it easy, but isn't
actually essential to the process.

Transmitting the info is another issue, however.  I'd suggest you look in a
tinknocker's manual and you may find it there.

Audel's *Plumber's and Steam Fitter's Guide*, vol 4., p. 4,538 (&f) shows
the turning machine and the wiring machine and illustrates their use.

David Gingery's *Working Sheet Metal*, p. 48, discusses the process as
performed with hand tools only.

Herbert J. Dyer's *How to Work Sheet Metal*, chapters VI & VII discuss
hand- and machine-wiring extensively.
