[TheForge] why church bells are not stolen was Re: the theft of metal public

Maybe we could start a registry of sculpture, &c., that police, metal
recyclers, etc., could check when they get a suspicious piece. Make it
searchable by metal type, general appearance, and other relevant search
terms.
