I just caught a new show called Craftman's Legacy. The website is

The host visits different craft people to learn about their craft. The
blacksmith episode is a visit to Loreli Sims shop.
The host is a sheet metal guy by trade and has a custom cycle shop. Right
now I'm watching the knifemaker episode on Create TV which is part of PBS.
