OBTW, the  cost of the foam was staggering.  I had to lay out for a 
large "special" pizza from Graziano's in Charleston.  Thus far, they are 
the only pizza in WV that rises to NY/NJ standards, and they are really 
good, I am happy to report.

NY and NJ may be worse than hell in every other way, but the pizza is 
the best on the planet.
