In microwaves and light, a crinkle sufficiently fine behaves exactly as a smooth surface<G>.  One has to know the frequency of interest in order to be able to install the correct number of crinkles per inch<G>.  Has someone been selling you ocean front property in Utah?

Some things just improve with age.
Soon they will be offered on ebay priced on a crinkles per inch standard.
