the hour with foreign governments recognizing internet scams as a good
revenue source.

I just got an email with the subject line, "Terrible Grief.....Ray Noble"
allegedly from Ray Noble, recounting how his money was stolen in a foreign
country, etc., etc.  boo hoo.

Well, the only person I knew by this name was a stalwart of MASA who passed
away a few years ago.  I'm guessing his email account was hijacked since his
death and now everybody on his mailing list is getting these emails.

Obviously it's a scam.  I'll be notifying the Secret Service about this, but
in the meantime, be careful.
