My favorites were the ones EA Chase did. Still have to make one for us...was thinking of doing a giant copper nose,
but my wife may not allow it.

Says they use 14 ga. copper, handmade in PA.  There's a price calculator where you can estimate price on style/ size, finish, strips, fan, etc.

Looks like they start around $4000.  Don't know where they stop.

A kitchen remodel near one of my daughters homes in Highland Park (Dallas) Tx had a copper range shipped from Italy costing around $80K.  Delivery boys dropped it coming in the door!  Back to Italy for a new one!  Lead time was about 8 mos.  Some of these "house jewelry" things can go quite over the top - quickly.
