My neighbors are, but we are on the very border of the Walton PSD. Our 
water comes from another place. :)

Our pipes froze with the -10*F temps the other night, so I have some 
plumbing to replace.  PEX this time.  Screw copper. :)

Whatever it is that went in the Elk River, it must be fairly bad that 
they are saying not get allow skin contact.

Other than that, been raining cats and dogs for days now. Everything is 
soggy soppy.
