[TheForge] Concrete forms OT, but important... for me anyhow.

I have consulted with an old timer who ram White Construction in 
Charleston for 50 years.  He's 80 now and selling off the assets. Jim 
White told me that 2' centers for snap ties is plenty and that he's 
built 40' high walls using just that.

I have two buckets of the clips... not sure that will be enough but he 
says he has more.  I have 100 snap ties, but probably will need a few more.

Just had a thunder storm roll through and the north excavation just 
caved in... perhaps 5 yards in the hole.  This is going to be painful.
